Yesterday’s Friday Music Shuffle just happened to be my 5000th blog post since I started it back in 2014, a clear triumph of quantity over quality. Luckily for you, my loyal reader, there are another 780 blogs that, for one reason or another, have never been published. Writing is what I like to do most and I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who reads this blog and an even bigger thank you to my dear friends who have bought me a coffee to support my work. I am very grateful to all of you and donations, no matter how great, are always welcome.
Thanks also to my technical team, the great John Dee, who designed the blog in the first place, still maintains it and helped made my dream of writing come true. I owe it all to you. Thanks, John. If I was in Teignmouth today, where you now live, you lucky sod, I’d buy you a pint or two. Maybe in 2023?
