And now we go ‘live’ to the Daily Hate Mail:

BORIS JOHNSON: The October 7 massacre is among the most depraved events in the history of human cruelty. So it’s incredible that so many in Britain seem to have lost all moral clarity.

Where to even begin? An article about the murderous Hamas attack on 7th October with which I largely agree (you will need to find it yourself because I refuse to link to that filthy organ) but with a headline that beggars belief. Yes, the attack was “among the most depraved events in the history of human cruelty“, but the last part of the headline? Really? Johnson wearily pointing out how we have lost moral clarity. Okay then. So:

• Who said “let the bodies pile high” in the early days of Covid? (He got his wish.)
• Who had an affair while his wife had cancer?
• Who took out a super injunction to deny the existence of a daughter? (ALLEGEDLY)
• Who told people to let relatives die alone in hospital during Covid while he partied?

And so on and so on and so on. Because this is but a small part of the life of a lying charlatan, a narcissist and a fraud, the worst prime minister in the history of history. (“Hold my pint” – Liz Truss/Rishi Sunak) And he has the brass neck to whinge about how we have lost moral clarity. You could not make it up.

Quite why the elderly folk people who read the Mail put up with this stuff, I do not know. Do they not realise when Johnson said “let the bodies pile high” and was in favour of the old catching Covid so that younger people could go back to work to keep the economy going he was specifically referring to them? Like many of you, our family lost relatives and friends during Covid and it is only now that we are beginning to find out the long term effects of this awful virus. But he didn’t care.

What is it about this country that rewards failure and mediocrity? Since Johnson was forced out of office by his own party because even they could not put up with his lies and deceit anymore, he has simply fallen upwards. He’s made many millions through speaking engagements, ‘earns’ a fortune from his piss poor Mail column and has now been handed a job as a TV presenter at fellow hate media outlet GB News. While millions work hard and play by the rules, often for miniscule rewards and some for no reward at all, the illiberal elite coin it in.

I bow to no one in my contempt for the mass murderers of Hamas but I would like to think my morals are of a higher standard than Boris Fucking Johnson. Yet behaving like Johnson pays rich dividends in Broken Britain, as people like him fall to the top and the rest of us can go to hell.

Many years ago, I read something on social media who was a friend of a friend, a defiantly working class person who had struggled through life, near or at the bottom, and she said “I love Boris“. Each to their own, and all that, but I know this. If Johnson himself read that – and let’s face it, he would never lower himself to talk to a working class person who lived in a council house – he would laugh and say, “I’ve got away with it again.”

They always get away with it, people like Johnson and it’s because in part we let them. And we let them get away with it by waving away Johnson’s words about “moral clarity” by saying, “That’s just Boris.”  Well, it is “Just Boris” but that’s precisely why we shouldn’t let him or his hate preacher employer the Mail get away with it. They actually hate us. Why can’t we all see that?
