I don’t know about you, obviously, but I fancy a little shuffle of the music variety. You see, every Friday, I set my iTunes collection to shuffle some tunes and for no obvious reason tell you what they were.

So, live from my Man Cave, let’s get ready to stumble!

  1. O Lucky Man by Montrose. This is post Sammy Hagar Montrose but Bob James was a half decent replacement lead singer. This Alan Price cover (seriously) comes from their Warner Brothers Presents long player.
  2. Airbag by Radiohead. Classic Radiohead from the mighty OK Computer album.
  3. My My She Cries by Carole King. Beautiful from her Rhymes and Reasons record.
  4. Dreadlock Holiday by 10cc. Post Lol Creme and Kevin Godley 10cc, I think this is just dandy.
  5. It’s a Shame by First Aid Kit. Absolutely wonderful from the Swedish songstresses 2018 album Ruins.
  6. Not Waving – Drowning by Clifford T Ward. The late, great and desperately underrated singer-songwriter with one of this lovely tunes.
  7. Peaceful by George Fame. This is mint.
  8. I Went To Sleep (A Cappella Mix) by the Beach Boys. You have to hear this to believe it. Such amazing harmonies.
  9. Shackled and Drawn by Bruce Springsteen. From his excellent Wrecking Ball LP.
  10. Love Spreads by the Stone Roses. Absolute belter from Manchester’s finest.

That’s all, folks!
